If you use Windows often and concurrently with MacOS (e.g., for cut and paste between the two) then leave it. Do you use another OS often enough to justify running it ALL THE TIME? if not, you could easily remove Parallels and just reboot into Windows when you need it. But it takes a lot of overhead to do this, and since it is always running, it could be contributing to Network Traffic. You are running Parallels Hypervisor, which allows you to run another Operating System at the same time as MacOS, probably Windows. You appear to have a thing left over from (maybe an older version) Kaspersky. You do not need an unsigned App for this. SafariBookmarkSyncer - MacOS does this by itself. You have some add-ons that are suspect because they not signed by a Registered Developer:įlipShare - that may be OK if you need it, but it is always running as well. This could be contributing to the backlog on your network interface, that makes it seem to "take over" because there is so much stuff to be synced. This says you are so far behind on syncing stuff with iCloud, you still have two files that can not be synced yet. "Free memory is Wasted memory, that could be used for speedups!" Everything the Mac caches as a speedup, memory cleaners unload too get maximum free memory, which is no longer useful. Since 10.9 Mavericks, these work at cross purposes to the Mac built-in memory management, making your Mac far less efficient and much slower.
